This is an upgrade to turn the REGISTERED version of Nethergate v1.0 into Nethergate v1.0.3. If you have not yet installed the REGISTERED version of Nethergate, DON'T use this upgrade. You will only mess up your files. If you are using the unregistered version, go to www.spidweb.com and download the v1.0.3 of the demo (there is no patch because the upgrade file would be as large as the full game).
This upgrade replaces several key Nethergate files. It fixes a number of annoying bugs and repairs quite a few glitches in the scenarios. To install the upgrade, carefully follow the instructions below. First, make sure you have installed Nethergate v1.0 from the CD you were mailed when you registered. If you've used the v1.0.1 or v1.0.2 patch on v1.0 already, reinstall v1.0 from the CD.
Step 0: Reinstall Nethergate v1.0 if you've already used the v1.0.1 or v1.0.2 patch.
Step 1: Nethergate v1.0.3
Run "Nethergate v1.0->1.0.3 patch" (in the upgrade folder). When the patch asks, find and select "Nethergate v1.0", the registered program you installed from the CD. The patch will upgrade your game.
Step 2: New Nethergate Scenario Files
Copy the files "Shared Data," "Roman Data," and "Celt Data" into the Nethergate Data folder in the registered Nethergate folder. You will be copying these files over the older data files.
This will bring your copy of Nethergate up to date and fix a variety of minor, irritating bugs. Thanks again for registering!
